These are some pictures I took of Mike Bruic using the Cis Lunar MK5 Fully Closed Circuit Mixed Gas Electronic Rebreather. These pics were taken at Ginnie Springs while Mike was getting more time on the unit in preparation for the ill-fated Wakulla 2 project which did not complete their mission to map and explore Wakulla Springs Cave.
Mike changed the rig that held the unit by adding outside drive/bailout cylinders. The steel 95's mounted on the outside are set up to be bailout for overhead environments. The Cis has onboard cylinders for O2 and diluent, but the outside cylinders are a good addition, especially due to the complexity of monitoring sensors and assorted obligations that come with electronic rebreather diving in unforgiving environments.
